Order Processing Time

 

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday and ship within 2-3 business days.

 

Return Policy

Pre-Orders: How They Work

 

Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked on the product page. Please note that once you place a pre-order, full payment is captured upfront. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

 

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. Unfortunately, we cannot split shipments. If you want to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

 

Shipping to the Wrong Address

 

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us at [tazzichili@gmail.com] as soon as possible. While we cannot change addresses after an order is fulfilled, we’ll do our best to assist you.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $65. The available shipping options include:

 

                  •               USPS (≤1 lb) - $6.50

                  •               USPS (>1and ≤5 lbs) - $9-$15
